Eine neue Marke ist so viel mehr als nur ein neuer Look. Dahinter stehen strategische \u00dcberlegungen und Entscheidungen, wie wir uns und unsere Leistungen der Welt pr\u00e4sentieren wollen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bis August 2023 waren wir noch CAMAO TEC. Mit dem Wechsel zu mmmake haben wir daher ein neues Erscheinungsbild, ein mutiges Design und eine eigene Sprache entwickelt \u2013 und somit eine ganz neue Art geschaffen, uns und unsere Dienstleistungen kennenzulernen. Einige dieser \u00c4nderungen wurden von heute auf morgen gemacht, andere im Laufe der Zeit. Aber eines steht fest: Wir haben 2023 sehr viel \u00fcber uns selbst erfahren sowie \u00fcber unsere M\u00e4rkte. Das ist auch gut so und wir freuen uns, weiter zu lernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was man wirklich gelernt hat, fasst man am besten in W\u00f6rtern zusammen. Und genau das wollen wir in diesem Artikel tun. Wir m\u00f6chten darauf eingehen, was wir aus unserem Rebranding von CAMAO TEC zu mmmake erhoffen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dynamische Herausforderungen brauchen kreative Ans\u00e4tze<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die meisten Menschen assoziieren Kreativit\u00e4t haupts\u00e4chlich mit Agenturen und der Welt der Werbung, aber das w\u00e4re zu kurz gedacht. Die Wahrheit ist, dass sich heutzutage die meisten M\u00e4rkte und Sektoren mit rasender Geschwindigkeit entwickeln und ein kreativer Ansatz von gro\u00dfem Wert ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Zeiten der Massenimplementierung von Einheitsl\u00f6sungen sind vorbei. Individuelle Bed\u00fcrfnisse lassen sich am besten mit individuellen L\u00f6sungen erf\u00fcllen. Es gibt keinen Mangel an digitalen L\u00f6sungsanbietern, die immer wieder die gleiche L\u00f6sung vorschlagen und umsetzen. Wir legen daher schon immer gro\u00dfen Wert darauf, selbst etwas zu erschaffen. Mit der neuen Marke wollten wir unsere Kreativit\u00e4t zum Vorschein bringen, uns entsprechend optisch vom Rest abheben und unseren Kund:innen und allen anderen zeigen, dass wir bereit sind, f\u00fcr jede Herausforderung einen innovativen Ansatz zu finden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vielf\u00e4ltiges Fachwissen mit einer einzigartigen Pr\u00e4senz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">mmmake bietet mehr als nur L\u00f6sungen: Wir bieten vielf\u00e4ltige Expertise aus unterschiedlichen Disziplinen und Branchen. Von Software und SAP bis HXM und Kreativagentur \u2013 alles unter einem Dach. Das gibt uns die M\u00f6glichkeit, auf einen gro\u00dfen Pool an Fachwissen zur\u00fcckzugreifen und unsere Expertise zu b\u00fcndeln, um ebenso einzigartige wie umfassende L\u00f6sungen zu schaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nehmen wir ein konkretes Beispiel: Viele Unternehmen stehen derzeit vor der Herausforderung, ihre HXM-Prozesse und -Systeme komplett neu zu strukturieren. W\u00e4hrend unser HXM-Team genau wei\u00df, was das bedeutet, wei\u00df unsere Kreativagentur, wie man die Vorteile und die Notwendigkeit effektiv an alle Stakeholder kommuniziert. So nutzen wir abteilungs\u00fcbergreifend unser gesamtes Know-how und Leistungsspektrum und machen effektives Change Management. Synergien wie diese vereint mmmake in einer einzigartigen Marke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">mmmake vs. CAMAO TEC: <strong>Die gleiche DNA, ein neues Gesicht<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mindestens genauso wichtig wie die Dinge, die sich ver\u00e4ndert haben, sind die Dinge, die gleichgeblieben sind. Unser Rebranding ist kein totaler Neustart, sondern vielmehr eine Evolution von dem, was wir vorher mit CAMAO TEC waren: ein Digital-Experience-Anbieter mit einem breiten Spektrum an F\u00e4higkeiten und Fachwissen. Wir entwickeln nach wie vor L\u00f6sungen, die unseren Kund:innen dabei helfen, in der digitalen Welt bekannter zu werden. Und da sich die digitale Welt weiterentwickelt, wollten auch wir uns weiterentwickeln und uns f\u00fcr die Zukunft klarer positionieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei der Entscheidung f\u00fcr eine neue Marke ging es nicht nur um eine Ver\u00e4nderung unseres Looks. Es war ein strategischer Schritt, unsere Marke an die Entwicklung unseres Unternehmens anzupassen, w\u00e4hrend wir weiterhin unsere Kund:innen zur Seite stehen.
