70.000 Besucher, auf der B\u00fchne Speaker wie Quentin Tarantino, Will I.AM. oder Karo Kauer und Live-Acts wie Marteria, Kraftclub und Sido \u2013 und mmmake mittendrin. Das waren unsere OMR 2022 Tage in a Nutshell. Aber let\u2019s dive into it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr ein paar unserer Kollegen aus der Unit Client Services und Marketing ging es vom 17. \u2013 18. Mai nach Hamburg auf DIE Messe f\u00fcr digitales Marketing, die OMR 2022. Das Ziel: Spannenden Input und Inspirationen holen, spannende Speaker und Promis sehen \u2013 und \u00fcberhaupt, einfach mal wieder ausprobieren, wie es ist unter Menschen zu sein und mit dem Team zu reisen \u2013 auch wenn wir dem ganzen auch etwas skeptisch gegen\u00fcber waren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Und Leute, es war wirklich so unglaublich viel los! Schon allein beim Eingang schoben sich die Massen durch die Messehalle. Auch bei den Masterclasses war der Andrang riesig \u2013 kurzer Exkurs hierzu: Man konnte sich vorab f\u00fcr Masterclasses bewerben, zwei wurden einem von der OMR zugesichert. Dennoch gab es auch die M\u00f6glichkeit sich einfach bei der Masterclass seiner Wahl anzustellen und zu hoffen, dass jemand nicht kommt und man sich so seinen Platz schnappen konnte. Auf diese Idee kamen so viele, dass vor den T\u00fcren der Masterclasses teilweise wirklich das Chaos herrschte. Bei anderen ging es da gesitteter zu: Zwei Schlangen, eine f\u00fcr die Angemeldeten und eine f\u00fcr die Hoffenden. Bei uns im Team haben wir uns einfach abgesprochen und die Masterclasses untereinander getauscht, sodass jeder von uns etwas mitnehmen konnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neben den Masterclasses gab es auch noch viele interessante Speaker zu sehen, wie beispielsweise Miss LinkedIn C\u00e9line Flores-Willes, Alisa Jahnke von Purelei oder YouTuber Rezo \u2013 aber nat\u00fcrlich auch Hollywoodstar Ashton Kutcher und den greatest Storyteller alive, Quentin Tarantino (!!). Ganz nebenbei hatten wir auch noch die Gelegenheit Sophia Thiel zu interviewen! Das Interview gibt\u2019s bald hier auf unserem Blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dennoch: Aufgrund der vielen, vielen Menschen war es teilweise unm\u00f6glich einen Vortag bis zum Schluss zu h\u00f6ren und p\u00fcnktlich zum N\u00e4chsten am anderen Ende des Messegel\u00e4ndes zu kommen. Also blieben wir einfach dort, wo wir waren, und fanden uns damit ab \u2013 und wenn wir Gl\u00fcck hatten, waren wir genau an der richtigen Stage zur richtigen Zeit, denn: In den Mittagspausen \u00fcberraschten Acts wie Marteria und Sido die Besucher \u2013 mal kurz auf einem Konzert bei einer Messe gewesen \u2013 insane!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alles in allem haben wir viele Learnings von der OMR mitnehmen k\u00f6nnen. Allerdings hatten wir auch oftmals das Gef\u00fchl, es w\u00fcrde nur an der Oberfl\u00e4che gekratzt \u2013 da h\u00e4tten wir einfach gerne einen wirklichen Deep Dive gew\u00fcnscht. Dennoch: Die OMR war eine mega Experience f\u00fcr uns und wir freuen uns schon aufs n\u00e4chste Mal!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
