Endlich wieder in echt und live mit allen auf einem Haufen. Dabei stand ein Thema ganz besonders im Mittelpunkt: <strong>Die Weiterentwicklung unserer Bestandskunden.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daf\u00fcr sind die Kolleg:innen gemeinsam auf eine <strong>Workation<\/strong> gefahren, bei der man \u00fcblicherweise gemeinsam an sch\u00f6nen Orten Arbeit und Freizeit miteinander verkn\u00fcpft. Los ging es Sonntagabend, nach erster Tuchf\u00fchlung, kurzem Einchecken und Ankommen ging es gleich an das gemeinsame Abendessen inklusive Gemeinschaftsspielen und dem ein oder anderen k\u00fchlen Getr\u00e4nk. Es wurde darauf angesto\u00dfen, dass wir uns endlich wieder in gr\u00f6\u00dferer Runde sehen, <strong>oder \u00fcberhaupt sehen<\/strong> &#8211; denn tats\u00e4chlich hat das Team die letzten zwei Jahre \u00fcberwiegend <strong>remote zusammengearbeitet <\/strong>und teilweise nicht mehr als Kopf und Oberk\u00f6rper durch die Laptop-Kamera voneinander gesehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Unterkunft war wie geschaffen daf\u00fcr: auf drei Stockwerken und malerischem Au\u00dfengel\u00e4nde verteilten sich Zimmer, Konferenzraum, Restaurant, Sauna, Yogaplattform und Natur pur! Freilaufende H\u00fchner und feinste K\u00fcche machten die Idylle und das Wohlf\u00fchlklima perfekt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neue Ideen und kreative Konzepte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Montags ging es gleich nach dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck los \u2013 und ab in den&nbsp;Konferenzraum. Agency Division Lead Isabell gab einen kurzen Einblick in die Reisepl\u00e4ne und sp\u00e4testens jetzt waren alle on fire! Mit freien Gruppen ging es ran an die <strong>Weiterentwicklung unserer langj\u00e4hrigen Bestandskunden.<\/strong> Darunter Assenheimer-Mulfinger, Bad Reichenhaller, W\u00fcrth, PreZero und Kaufland.&nbsp; F\u00fcr alle galt: einarbeiten, ausarbeiten, \u2013\u202fdoch vor allem: zusammenarbeiten. Egal, ob auf dem Yoga Deck, dem K\u00fcchentisch, auf dem alten Holzboden des Hofs &#8211; \u00fcberall wurde flei\u00dfig an Ideen und Konzepten gearbeitet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unsere Takeaways<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was waren die Erkenntnisse? Dadurch, dass unsere unterschiedlichen <strong>Bereiche n\u00e4her zusammenger\u00fcckt<\/strong> sind, bekam jeder einen anderen Blick auf die Arbeit des Gegen\u00fcbers. Alle haben sich aus ihrer <strong>Komfortzone<\/strong> gewagt und <strong>\u00fcber den Tellerrand<\/strong> geschaut.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach den ersten zwei intensiven und arbeitsreichen Tagen wurden dann die Wanderstiefel geschn\u00fcrt und es ging auf den Berg &#8211; genau genommen auf den \u201eW\u00e4chter des Allg\u00e4us\u201c, den Gr\u00fcnten.\u00a0 Auch hier hie\u00df es: Raus auf der Komfortzone, neues Wagen und vor allem: den Horizont erweitern, denn der Ausblick vom Gipfel war unglaublich.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unser Fazit: Workation im Allg\u00e4u?
