Das wird bald aber Realit\u00e4t mit <a href=\"https:\/\/mmmake.com\/de\/loesungen\/beatchart\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BeatChart<\/a> &#8211; unserer eigens entwickelten agilen Organisationsstruktur f\u00fcr SAP\u00ae SuccessFactors und OnPrem SAP HCM.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>First things first<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vor rund einem Jahr hatten wir die Idee, eine Organisationsstruktur f\u00fcr SAP\u00ae SuccessFactors zu erschaffen, die anders ist als die Norm &#8211; spannend und trotzdem \u00fcbersichtlich. Wir wollten etwas entwickeln, das flexibel ist und mehr abbilden kann als die starren und lahmen Organigramme. Also legten wir los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Adieu altbackenes Organigramm, hallo agile Organisationsstruktur BeatChart!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Clou: Mit BeatChart k\u00f6nnen nicht nur reine Abteilungen und Hierarchien abgebildet werden, sondern auch ganze Projektteams. So ist es m\u00f6glich, Kolleg:innen und Teams \u00fcber die Suchleiste zu finden und gleichzeitig einzusehen, in welcher Abteilung bzw. in welchem Team die Person arbeitet. Umgekehrt werden bei der Teamsuche die Mitglieder des jeweiligen Teams angezeigt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Da geht noch mehr&nbsp;<\/strong>Agilit\u00e4t<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir haben noch so viel mit BeatChart vor. In Zukunft sollen beispielsweise auch Skills und Kapazit\u00e4ten angezeigt werden. Was das bringt? Das beste Ergebnis bei jedem Projekt, denn: Anhand der Skills kann man kurzerhand das perfekte Team f\u00fcr sein Projekt zusammenstellen. Sie brauchen jemanden, der sich mit Onlinemarketing auskennt und einen SAP-Developer? Einfach den Skill eingeben und ausw\u00e4hlen.
