Bei der Preisverleihung wurden internationale Unternehmen aus allen Branchen ausgezeichnet, darunter auch mmmake in der Kategorie \u201e<strong>Employer Branding Team des Jahres<\/strong>\u201c.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eEs ist kaum zu glauben, dass wir das wirklich geschafft haben\u201c, freut sich Lucas Senzel \u00fcber die Auszeichnung im Wiener Parkhotel Sch\u00f6nbrunn. Er leitet unsere Abteilung HXM Transformation und ber\u00e4t in dieser Funktion Unternehmen haupts\u00e4chlich darin, <strong><a data-type=\"solution\" data-id=\"10490\" href=\"https:\/\/mmmake.com\/de\/loesungen\/mitarbeitergewinnung-bindung\/\">neue Mitarbeiter:innen zu finden und die bestehenden zu binden<\/a><\/strong>, was heutzutage in Zeiten eines generellen <strong>Arbeitnehmer:innenmangels<\/strong> eine immer gr\u00f6\u00dfere Herausforderung darstellt.
