Lights out, spotlight on, stage free – mmmake at the COPETRI Convention

Do you know the exciting feeling just before a performance or presentation? The adrenaline shoots through the body, the pulse rises immeasurably and you feel like on a roller coaster – close your eyes for a moment, take a deep breath and let’s go! This is how mmmake felt at the COPETRI Convention in Frankfurt/Offenbach. For us, it was not just any trade show appearance: It was the first time since the pandemic that we were exhibitors at a convention.

Two days, ten Makies and 3000 visitors

Themed People, Transformation and Innovation (the words literally scream mmmake), the COPETRI Convention took place. The entire area was lovingly decorated: The booths were covered with lots of wood, outside there was a chill area and various food trucks – you had the feeling of being at a festival.

The aim of COPETRI was to connect aspects, areas and people that often still operate separately from each other, and the organizers succeeded in doing so. Visitors could either attend exciting talks with icons of the HR world such as Cawa Yanousi (Global Head of People Experience at SAP®) or digital expert and journalist Sascha Lobo, participate in one of the fully booked masterclasses or simply stroll through, explore the expo and network with others. The latter led to the mmmake booth. And we were ready to roll. Our goal was to show visitors who we are and what we stand for. We wanted them to have the mmmake 360 degree experience. At the booth, visitors could learn about our 360-degree recruiting approach for SAP® SuccessFactors, get to know our revolutionary org chart BeatChart or – and here comes the highlight – navigate through our company presentation with a HoloLense2 or chase after a chameleon.

Conclusion: Happiness Level over 3000

We’re still blown away by the feedback we received: Visitors loved our all-round package of consulting services, technology services and digital agency! We also discovered that many companies want to take their HR structures to the next level, but are simply overwhelmed by the implementation of HR IT software such as SAP® SuccessFactors. Long story short: We made some great new contacts, were able to intensify our partnerships, such as with SAP®, and learned a lot from the industry. In addition, we were able to strengthen awareness about our brand and our SAP competencies. A dream!
