When shopping, consumers focus on fresh food. Kaufland Stiftung & Co KG has recognized this and wanted to place a special focus on the quality of its products with its “Freshness ABC” campaign. We therefore developed two formats for the social media channels that promote both engagement and infotainment. Always in the foreground: Kaufland’s promise of freshness.
Emotional & informative approach to the target group
Fresh food is a top priority for Kaufland Stiftung & Co KG. The retail group was looking for new, exciting social media formats to ensure that this also resonated with customers. In order to reach the target group and arouse interest in fresh products, it was important for the company to go beyond traditional advertising formats and appeal to customers on both an emotional and informative level. At the same time, the formats were intended to improve the brand’s image.
Social media formats with exciting tips & insights
We have developed two social media approaches for Kaufland Stiftung & Co KG that present product quality in a new way and emphasize the health benefits. The infotainment format offers exciting tips and insights about nutritional values and a conscious diet. The engagement format encourages followers to interact with the brand and provides inspiring recipe ideas. Thanks to simple Canva templates, the retail group can adapt both approaches to its own strategy and target group and post them on the desired channels.
