OneTime –one app totrack them all

OneTime: All time management topics in one app

Since the ECJ ruling on the mandatory recording of working times, time management has become increasingly important in companies. This includes the recording of working times on the one hand and the maintenance of absence data on the other. The current solution from SAP SE offers separate applications for this. The challenge is often to maintain a high level of acceptance among employees for the time management applications.

Challenge

Employee acceptance

If employees have to jump to different apps to maintain and view their time management data, this is very annoying and, above all, very time-consuming. If these applications are also confusing, cumbersome and do not contain up-to-date data, employees quickly lose acceptance. This quickly creates a feeling of a lack of appreciation for them and their working time. In times of employer branding campaigns and a shortage of skilled workers, this can be seen as very critical.

Solution

A holistic overview

This is where the OneTime app comes in – true to the motto: one app to track them all. An app that bundles all employee time management topics. Employees can display and edit time bookings/corrections, absence requests and the display of time evaluation results in one interface. This provides maximum transparency of time data within an application in real time.
