Insufficient mapping in SAP SuccessFactors
Unfortunately, the representation of agile structures in SAP SuccessFactors is only possible to a limited extent. The “real” organizational structure, i.e. the structure of how an organization actually works, usually remains hidden – to the detriment of the company. Organizations with agile, project-oriented teams in particular need fast, efficient, flexible and agile workforce scheduling.

BeatChart can be used to depict not only pure departments and hierarchies, but also entire project teams. At the same time, you can view information such as which department or team the person works in. This means you will always find the right people – whether for projects or to talk about plans or challenges in communities.
We paid particular attention to the connection to SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. So no matter what you choose – HCM or SAP SuccessFactors – BeatChart is available for both systems. BeatChart takes the organizational structure directly from the data maintained in the respective system. It is also possible to connect the app to the Fiori Launchpad.
