How can HR transformation & technology be successful together?

For us, HR transformation and HR technology are inextricably linked. Unfortunately, however, these two topics are still far too often viewed in isolation. Our “Make Transformation & Technology Work” series in collaboration with SAP was therefore born out of the motivation to demonstrate the potential of a combined approach along the employee lifecycle.

In the person of Stephan Koenen, HR Strategic Advisor at SAP, and our Director of HXM Transformation, Lucas Senzel, we have made the vision of such a format a reality and are providing you with tailor-made food for thought. Because one thing is clear to us: although technology is an important enabler for optimizing processes, the full experience can only unfold if specialist transformation topics are sufficiently covered and accepted as an opportunity. Without enthusiasm, acceptance and target group-appropriate support, every tool introduction will be a disaster. Our clear conviction is therefore: “both and” instead of “either or”.
