Schwarz Beschaffung GmbH is responsible for the procurement of furnishings for the offices of all companies in the group. As the existing process was both non-transparent and complex, procurement, allocation and distribution were inefficient and incomprehensible.

The aim is to create a solution that ensures efficient coordination and careful monitoring of internal furniture procurement. The solution should also include an overview of all furnishings for all employees, allowing them to select furniture as if they were on a wish list. However, without ordering option.

We replaced the existing system solution with an internal furniture website, which we developed and implemented. The WordPress-based site gives all employees a comprehensive overview of all available articles. The marking function allows employees to select furniture quickly and easily. This ensured efficient procurement and optimized processes.
