As part of the launch of the software-based service platform “towio”, which digitizes organizational as well as administrative workflows in craft businesses, the company wanted a communication campaign – from conception to implementation.

Since Würth’s target group tends to be analog, the challenge was to place the digital product “towio” in an eye-catching way. To overcome the hurdle of usage within analog target groups, product USPs should be communicated in a targeted manner. The product of the campaign was to be communicated as an umbrella of e-services in the sense of the platform economy.

We designed a digital-first campaign. The focus was on the creative implementation of the product staging. The aim was to promote the product to existing and new customers and to a younger target group through digital touchpoints.
