The pre-configured recruiting solution not only offers all relevant functions, but also forms the basis for the cost-efficient integration of other SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules. This includes both candidate selection and the career site, including posting and candidate relationship management tools.

HXM Rocket Basic Employee Central Core
The best-practice solution for Employee Central Core includes HR transactions for hiring, promoting and transferring employees as well as terminating employment and rehiring. This means that the employee cycle in your company can be managed holistically.
A complete data migration from your old system to the Employee Central Core is included in this solution.

HXM Rocket Basic Compensation & Variable Pay
The preconfigured solution for Compensation & Variable Pay provides all the building blocks that are important for forward-looking compensation planning. In addition to remuneration planning, budget calculation, the executive review, bonus calculation and a template for the salary letter, the process-supporting increase guidelines and salary bands are also provided.
This is done in line with the company’s budgetary framework and offers fair and talent-oriented remuneration through the use of guidelines, market comparisons and key performance indicators.

This preconfigured solution offers a comprehensive range of relevant functions for the onboarding and offboarding process. This can create a seamless link between the recruitment process and HR-related processes to ensure a smooth transition.

The HXM Rocket Basic Performance & Goals solution implements proven best-practice processes for performance assessment and goal setting. Functional elements such as continuous performance and continuous feedback are also available.
